License plate cloned

i decided to make my default car have a custom license plate. Ever since then whenever I spawn a new car it has my default car's license plate. I tried spawning in 5 cars and they all had the same license plate. (it says "FLIPPI" and it has a Hawaii background).
Might be a bug might just be me being stupid. I dunno.
