Errors in Mod manager

So I load in the game. When I come to the first screen where play and exit and all is located I get a message (even for the new 10.0 updated mods) saying that there is a duplicated mod in RED in the right side of the screen. I removed all of the old mods and put in new updated mods and still saying duplicated from the same exact mods/unpacked[modname]- mods/unpacked[mod name]. HELP because this is REALLY ANNOYING!
