Throttle power isn't actually powering car

Sometimes, for short moments (usually between 0.5 and 2 seconds), the engine fails to accellerate, even though "throttle" is at 100% and the RPM is quite low. The car slows down through air friction. It must be a code problem, because beam actually recieved my hardware input, but couldn't process it properly. Testing environment: East-Coast, ETK 800 Series.

Edit: after lowering videosettings and recording at 120 fps, I can see my controller drops out for one frame, wich causes...
