I have not tested this malfunction with other vehicles, just the new Ibishu Hopper. Whenever I rip the snorkel off of the vehicle, and the snorkel remains unsubmerged, I can completely submerge the vehicle in water without it hydrolocking. If I rip off the snorkel, and put it in the water, and drive around on land, it acts as though nothing is wrong. If the snorkel and the engine are in the water at the same time, then the car will start flooding. Not a big deal but something to point...
